Hannah graduated in 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a minor in Psychology from Northeastern University. During her undergraduate years, she joined the Perrie O’Tierney-Ginn Lab at Tufts Medical Center, where she studied maternal metabolic markers on placental function and fetal growth, and consequently developed a passion for research. With psychology courses and her experience as a patient care tech in a neurology unit fueling her fascination with the brain, she subsequently joined the Stevens Lab as a co-op student, working with Dr. Dan Wilton to study complement proteins and their role in CNS pruning and pathology. Post graduation, she is back in the lab, and is very excited to continue working with Dan to further study complement, its regulators, and other important molecules involved in synaptic pruning!
Outside of the lab, you can find her going on walks, trying new restaurants with family and friends, and listening to music and podcasts.
