Theodore Fisher

Theodore (Teddy) graduated Northeastern University (‘ 2020)  with an Honors Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience. As an undergraduate co-op student in the Stevens Lab, he started and now continues his work on characterizing the immune cell compartments at the borders of the brain in the context of development. Specializing in various imaging techniques ranging from Lightsheet to confocal microscopy, Theodore is especially interested in gaining insight into the complex structures of the meninges and skull bone marrow, analyzing from a neuroprotective standpoint how they relate to immune tolerance surveillance of the brain. He is excited to pursue his work in the future at the doctoral level while currently developing his skills and knowledge of Neuro-immunological function.
