I graduated from the University of Virginia in 2020 with a Bachelors in Biology. As an undergraduate, I worked in three labs where I had the opportunity to study glaucoma, hematology, and immune function in the meninges. As a Research Associate in the Stevens Lab at the Stanley Center, I am now focusing on a project to use iPS-derived microglia cells in models of Alzheimer's disease. I am excited to join such a collaborative lab environment and learn more about development and disease in the brain.
